Man Cries Out For Help As Cows Destroy Their Farms In Enugu

A Nigerian man has cried out for help after cows destroyed their farmlands at Okpome-Agbada village in Nenwe community, Aninri Local Government Area of Enugu state.

The man revealed that Fulani herdsmen invaded their community with their cows which destroyed their farm lands.

He stated that since the invasion of the Fulani herdsmen and the destruction of their farms by the cows, nothing has been done about it.

He also said that the villagers are living in fear after the village forest guards who are meant to protect the villagers, intimidate and beat up anyone who speaks bad about the Fulani herdsmen.

According to the man, one of the forest guards identified as Ekene Ude, beat up the village chairman for suggesting that the Fulani herdsmen should be sent away from their community.

The man is calling on security networks to come to their rescue and also demanding that the forest guard, Ekene Ude should be punished for beating up their chairman.
