Where's the market for the fish if he were to sell it? Who has that kind of money to buy it in NIgeria? Let's assume it can only be sold in the foreign market. Would he have been able to keep it in good condition till the foreign buyers come for it? Nigerians, once we hear money, no body thinks straight again.
