There are many people that are following low carb and sugar free diets. These diets is are known to help people lose weight fast. However, there are a lot of bad information about low carbohydrate diets. Many people find it hard to stick to a low carb diet because they're not allowed to eat some of there favorite foods. Nothing could be further from truth. There are a variety of good carbs you can add to your diet. But there are also certain foods that are considered bad carbs, that you need to avoid on your diet plan.


What Are Carbs?
Carbs have three main categories. Sugar, starches and fiber. The purpose of carbs is to provide fuel for our bodies. Most carbs get broken down into glucose which can be used as energy. Carbs also can be transformed into fat for later use. Fiber feeds the good bacteria in our digestive system to produce fatty acids that some of our cells can use as energy.

Bad Carbs
You should always avoid high carb foods. What are some high or bad carb foods? Well, simply put all "junk", and processed foods should be avoided. You will need to also avoid sugary processed foods and drinks if you are on a low carb diet.

Stay away from pasta, potatoes, white rice and most breads. These food items are known to be bad or high carbohydrates foods. If you find it to difficult to stay away from these foods altogether, then you should try taking a carb blocking diet supplement. Here is a small list of bad carbohydrates that should be avoided.

Hi,

Weight loss have many diets in it but the major people are following is Dr now's diet.
Its very effective with a surgery but if you dnt need any kind of surgery you can surely follow his 1200 calories diet plan which I have mentioned in a very famous Blog because Vaunte. you can read all from this diet from Here.
