We are receiving information that, Abdulrasheed Bawa, the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, appeared before an Ikeja High Court today to testify in a N1.4 billion fraud trial involving Nadabo Energy, an oil firm. Bawa had previously appeared in court as a prosecution witness last year, before his appointment as EFCC chairman.
