Job Description:

- To coordinate housing project development
- Business development.
- Facility management.
- To represent the interest of the company in business and service delivery
- To establish new businesses that would grow the company.
- To facilitate sales of housing projects affiliated to the company and others
- To supervise and train subordinates to effectively work as a team in order to get tasks done for the sole purpose of achieving the general goal(s)
- To render all required reports to the MD/CEO
- To render advisory services related businesses
- Other activities as may be required
