Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide and a Nigerian award-winning author and lawyer, claims that Nigerians disliked Burna Boy from the start.

When everyone else dismissed, hated, and didn’t believe in Burna Boy, he believed in himself and moved himself to where he is now, according to him.

Reno used Burna Boy as an example in a post on his blog, advising people to believe in themselves.
