*Responsibilities*
- Assist to provide strategic HR Business partner support to all business units and support
functions.
- Manage the initiation and coordination of all recruitment, selection, induction and placement
strategy process for all categories of new employees to meet and deliver business objectives.
- Ensure staff compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Maintenance of Personnel records.
- Update job descriptions for all positions in conjunction with Line Managers.
- Assist to enforce discipline and counsel staff where necessary to foster a positive work attitude
and prepare relevant communication to staff where this is concerned.
- Interface with ITF, process training reimbursements from ITF and keep records of Staff
trainings and development interventions.
- Liaise with government agencies such as Nigeria Immigration Services, federal ministry of the
Interior, etc. on expatriate staff management.
- Coordinate and engage in public relations (CSR) activities of the Company.
- Cataloguing and classifying library resources.
- Responsible for filing documents in line with the Company’s ISO standard.
- Liaise with external Vendors, training Providers, Auditors, etc.
- Manage Company’s manpower planning vis a vis business objectives and unit needs.

department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
