SALES / CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE.

Brach Locations: Benin, Asaba.
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities
- To ensure customer have the right product and good service.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands Assist clients on order-on-line.
- Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics.
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry.
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
- Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client Maintain and update regular client correspondence Provide customers with information about items.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Communicate complaints to management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership skills and Social Media Proficiency.

REQUIREMENTS.

- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Candidate must be female and within the age of 20 - 25.
- Candidate should have a great oral communication ability and good use of social media.

Salary

N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
