FUTURE MINDS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE, A PURPOSE DRIVEN, GRASS ROOT ORIENTED NON- GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION requests the services of a target driven, versatile and strategic marketer who can develop tactics to boost the companies reputations and drive traffic to our intending products.

RESPONSIBILITIES.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns to target grass-root communities from ideation to execution
Build strategic relationships with key players and members of chosen communities
Prepare and monitor marketing budgets on monthly basis and allocate funds wisely.
Measure and give reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight from others.
Analyze consumer behaviors of each community and tailor strategic intervention based on analysis

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s/Higher National degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 1- 2 years marketing-related work experience in a growing firm. Experience in the HMO or health industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent creativity and confidence to share new ideas.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, Yoruba, and pidgin language.
