The ex-militant leader, Asari Dokubo, proclaimed a Biafran country in which he declared himself as the leader.

The nation is bewildered by constant attacks from insecurity, and as the saying goes, united we stand, divided we fall.

All a people need in order to rise up against a common enemy is leaders bold enough to take up the biafran flag.
