These guys must think we are all jokers this was literarily your campaign slogan yet you have finished a term and well into the second without actualizinf any od that. Same with other campaign promises and you refuse to apologize instead you continue to force your own narrative on us. who did we offend. For your laptop power needs, i have reliable external battery, guarantee over 10hours, rechargeable via solar, phcn and generator. Nation building needs patriots and these lots are not ready obviously! |

This is a very good news. I wouldn't mind finding someone in the South - South to partner with to build our own modular refinery. This will also trigger ideas for tech entrepreneurs.. Image building an online platform to outsource pre-vetted engineers specialized in building modular refineries that meet international standard. So that more people can confidently invest in the modular refinery business, while you cash out from outsourcing the engineers - all from an online platform. If there is anyone interested in these opportunities, let's talk. Good morning Nigeria. 1 Like 1 Share |

RealLordZeus:We need to be critical about the quality of product being churned out by all these artisanal refineries as you would call them! nobody would like to use his money to buy fuel that would end up destroying their engines 1 Like |

Okoroawusa:the people voted these bastards because they wanted a change, a change from what pdp is doing. apc came in and did the worst. do you think people would've voted for them if they had campaigned with “we will do like pdp”. they even ended up being the worst |

I only wish all this talk will be translated to reality. But alas we are in Nigeria where even the government can't even explain why it's own refinary can't refine any crude. It's well sha |

OjukuwuHusband: This is a good idea and it will also help reduce the cost of fuel and other product. The issue I have with this is quality control. We all know that the agency in charge of this is not doing anything to help improve quality of products manufactured in Nigeria |

OjukuwuHusband: The question remains, what percentage of refining capacity will the modular refineries occupy ? Using the cement industry as a yardstick, Dangote controls about 65% of cement produced in Nigeria and therefore enjoys the luxury of fixing prices. Nevertheless, it is a good step in the right direction. I will advise Osinbajo to also promote Artisanal refining capacities but in regulated environmental conditions that reduce the carbon footprint, in addition to Modular refineries because the framework for including these Artisanal refiners in your modular refinery plans will not work out easily as you envisage. Practical is always different from theory. |

Our leaders in Nigeria like closing the gate after the horse has left the barn. This is the step they should have taken donkey years ago. Now they want to bring under a regulatory framework people who have thrived unhindered previously and you think they won't resist? I won't be surprised to learn that militants are being funded by these guys. |
