These guys must think we are all jokers shocked this was literarily your campaign slogan yet you have finished a term and well into the second without actualizinf any od that. Same with other campaign promises and you refuse to apologize instead you continue to force your own narrative on us. who did we offend. For your laptop power needs, i have reliable external battery, guarantee over 10hours, rechargeable via solar, phcn and generator. Nation building needs patriots and these lots are not ready obviously!

This is a very good news.

I wouldn't mind finding someone in the South - South to partner with to build our own modular refinery.

This will also trigger ideas for tech entrepreneurs..

Image building an online platform to outsource pre-vetted engineers specialized in building modular refineries that meet international standard.

So that more people can confidently invest in the modular refinery business, while you cash out from outsourcing the engineers - all from an online platform.

If there is anyone interested in these opportunities, let's talk.

Good morning Nigeria.

you guys succeeded in running the country aground, then turned around to mock us. You promised one refinery every year, and we can see none.
Now the goal is clear, increase debit alert for Nigerians and reduce credit alert to the minimum, weaponize poverty to the point where people will see you as the messiah for giving them money for bread that can't buy sachet water cause of inflation.

Worst things to happen to Nigeria
Did PDP build 16 refineries in 16 years?

Them finally get sense.

This is the right step instead of destroying artisanal refineries right and left in the name of illegal installations.

We know its illegal, but we need them, so just make them legal
We need to be critical about the quality of product being churned out by all these artisanal refineries as you would call them! nobody would like to use his money to buy fuel that would end up destroying their engines

the people voted these bastards because they wanted a change, a change from what pdp is doing. apc came in and did the worst.

do you think people would've voted for them if they had campaigned with “we will do like pdp”. they even ended up being the worst

Our own @ be say : STARBOY and ZULUM all da Way.

Come 2023 BGG,
STARBOY and ZULUM we dey for una.
Whether the evil ones like it or not,
Nigeria will succeed.

Our Combo is actually a well selected great Combo to move our nation forward.
That being said,,
Chief Topmaike,
We no too know about this APC revalidation tin o.
We are not actually a card carrying member of any political party in Nigeria.
The only 2 guys we love in Naija politics are our darling Daddy and his amiable Vice.
Now, Zulum has joined the rank.
We only go to the polls on election day to cast our votes for good, honest men that meant well for the nation, no matter the party they are.
And you don't have to be a party member to do that.

But in the past one month, we have noticed how all the top big wigs and non-politicians alike are all joining APC in their various Constituencies, from Governors, to Businesses owners and Entrepreneurs.
We are looking and researching about the good ones among them already.

We sane, good, honest and hardworking Nigerians will do all in our power to make this Combo work.
That is why we all must come together.

Nigeria will be great again in our lifetime

We Love him too.
Only fraudsters, criminals, thieves and losers in life don't like him obviously cool.
The same nuisances that do not like sane, good and honest members here.
Two time losers.

I only wish all this talk will be translated to reality. But alas we are in Nigeria where even the government can't even explain why it's own refinary can't refine any crude. It's well sha

They know what is good for this country but trust me, they will never do it..... They are the greatest beneficiary of the monopoly in the petroleum sector.

Promotion of modular refineries ensures that one single person doesn't have the monopoly over crude oil products. I support this move by osinbanjo but license fees and certain regulations should be relaxed to enable the small players enter into the field. Modular refineries is a solution to breaking monopolistic bastards.

This is a good idea and it will also help reduce the cost of fuel and other product.

The issue I have with this is quality control. We all know that the agency in charge of this is not doing anything to help improve quality of products manufactured in Nigeria

The question remains, what percentage of refining capacity will the modular refineries occupy ?

Using the cement industry as a yardstick, Dangote controls about 65% of cement produced in Nigeria and therefore enjoys the luxury of fixing prices.

Nevertheless, it is a good step in the right direction.

I will advise Osinbajo to also promote Artisanal refining capacities but in regulated environmental conditions that reduce the carbon footprint, in addition to Modular refineries because the framework for including these Artisanal refiners in your modular refinery plans will not work out easily as you envisage.

Practical is always different from theory.

That's what I meant by making them legal, ensure they are not getting stolen raw materials, regulate their refine process, grade their products etc

Our leaders in Nigeria like closing the gate after the horse has left the barn. This is the step they should have taken donkey years ago. Now they want to bring under a regulatory framework people who have thrived unhindered previously and you think they won't resist? I won't be surprised to learn that militants are being funded by these guys.
