please could somebody tell me how much it cost to have a survey plan for a plot of land in Ikorodu area of Lagos state.

I've been a bill of 350k to get the job done.

It depends on the size of the land and how much the state govt charges for it's mandatory deposit, plus his field charge.

thanks for your response. as I've said earlier is a plot of land measuring 60 x 120

i just want to know if the bill of 350k given is justifiable for survey plan
