In the last Seven (7) years of Governor Willie Maduaburochukwu Obiano administration, he has demonstrated a high sense of connectedness with the society and people of Anambra State, Akpokuedike has proven that great leaders are those with deep and exceptional understanding of the relevance of power when deployed to serving the people and impacting the society.

Governor Willie Obiano believes in continuous and consistent delivery of service at all fronts. These may have propelled him into tackling multiple projects simultaneously and turning all nooks and crannies of Anambra State into project sites and development hub.

Reeling out the achievements of Governor Willie Obiano and APGA, The Federal lawmaker representing Aguata Federal Constituency granted that Anambra State can now compete comfortably with other leading States In Nigeria with the Construction of a Cargo Airport and The Township Stadium; noting that Anambra State has never hosted any international event or conference in the past because we don't have facility for that, but with the pace at which Governor Willie Obiano is working to deliver the 10,000 capacity International conference centre, Anambra would become a destination for numerous conferences Akin to businesses, Sports, ICT, Hospitality and so on.

We are today, celebrating a man who has seriously disappointed his critics and avowed enemies with his astounding understanding of the place of service in leadership including his deliverance of governance benefits to the people that he governs. He has remained a symbol of pride to those who stuck out their necks in support of his leadership in the state from inception of his administration.

He has refused to be pinched into the swamp of prevailing mediocrity that has generally afflicted governance in the country, rather he changed the narratives.
