What is Freeki.com Order Assist?

Freeki.com Order Assist lets you buy from international online retailers where you may have payment or shipping difficulties. Through Order Assist, Freeki.com makes these orders and deliveries for you at a discounted price.

To use Freeki.com Order Assist just find a product on another online store that you would like to purchase, make sure this product is in stock and does not fall under our prohibited list.

Click get started on the Freeki.com order assist page.

Select the currency and country of online shop, Copy and paste the URL of the product web page, fill in the online shop name and catalogue/ product number (this is a unique id number which can be found on the websites product listing page).

In the package description section, you can specify certain details such as colour and size.

For example, let’s say you would like to buy trainers from JD Sports, your product information section may look something like the below screenshot

Next enter the websites price of the product and next to it will display the discounted price you will pay. Type in the desired quantity and weight (if you do not know the weight don’t worry just select the “I don’t know the weight” option and it will be weighed at the Freeki.com depot to calculate the shipping cost).

And lastly select your preferred delivery method.

Once you have read and agreed to the terms of service check the box and click next.

On this page you can review your order details, if the details are correct, click add to cart and your Order Assist will be sent to your basket ready for checkout.

Checkout , relax and your item will be delivered to your door step.
