Gov. Ortom should use the publication as further evidence in court and use Oshiomole as an example.
I don't think Oshobaba would have retracted that statement if he was still in power as he will hope to arm-twist the judges.

Baba, do you think Oshiomhole just wake up one day and decide to retracts his statements because he has found out the truth? He did it because he has no easy way out of the Billions of Naira damages Samuel Ortom is suing him. He was the one begging Ortom for out of court settlement and this was one of the conditions given to him by Samuel Ortom before withdrawing the case from court

That is how men behave, there is nothing bad in retracing your steps and apologies for wrong doing. That is one of the duty of legal advisers, you don't need to fight all battle, sometimes you need to use diplomats.
