Yes, they speak at least English, pidgin, babble like babies and 1 or 2 or 3 local dialects!

From my understanding about tongues, it's an utterance, although some people fake theirs to look spiritual, but they're the geninue ones whose tongues are highly effective both spiritually and physically.

'27If someone speaks in a tongue, it should be two, or at the most three, one after the other, and someone must interpret.
28But if there is no interpreter, he should be silent in the church. Let him speak to himself and to God.'

I cant imagine how much the above 1 Corinthians 14:27-28, is overlooked, disregarded and turned a blind eye to
