My car steering turns slightly to the left when I press brake and to the right when I press the accelerator. So it was really difficult driving it home as i held on to it firmly
The mechanic told me that rusted beam is the problem that I will have to change it
The beam is sold 35k according to him(for both)
Is it that expensive to repair?
The car is a 2002 Camry(big daddy)

you can confirm the price in lagos. If its 10k cheaper or 5k cheaper than what your mechanic told you then you can have it send down to you and hand it over to your mechanic to fix but ensure its the actual fault so as not to start spending money unnecessarily.

I have experienced the same thing on my car But it turned out to be ball joint issue
