I appreciate ur responses but we've had series of meetings / unsubstantiated claims & it seems there are no tankfarm with jetty 4sale in lagos. But if u have instruction 2 sell any lets meet. Tnx.

I didn`t like the way ur man treated the whole thing.I told in him in confidence that a tank farm is for sale at Ibafo and its confirmed but he blatantly said the consultant said it is not possible.That is not how to work,after he wrote LOI which I pushed through and followed up with calls and meeting was fixed to meet the mandate, he just called it off without even trying to come and hear the mandate and we then fix inspection afterwards. If you personally have a serious buyer let me know.I dont work with people who do not appreciate efforts of others.

@samok, u dont have to go about it the way u are doing. How would u feel if u have to attend meetings upon meetings with various claims of jetties for sale and these people end up asking you to sign MOU when they've not shown u anything? Or what about the 1s that we've agreed with regarding fee but they cant arrange inspection of their imaginary jetties? You should know there are fraudsters in this business and i dont want to be a part of any scam! As per the ibafo there 've been meetings and much stories and i know there is one genuinely for lease cos we've met with the people "in the know" but the request is for purchase. I'l appreciate if we can take it easy cos due diligence is necessary and the buyers are real!
