pls i would like to know, what tools will be best for building a dating site Opensource design like (Joomla, Mojoportal etc) or a prefered framework like Django or cake php, or is it better to build it from scratch please you honest advice is needed |

I suggest you build it from scratch. HTML, JavaScript and PHP would be enough. |

if u really have big time plans, build from scratch, create your own platform if you have the skill or money ***we are tired of seeing same scripts everywhere*** |
