Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, has lent his voice to the call for power to shift to the South in 2023.

This was stated by the Governor while speaking at a presentation of a book by Dakuku Peterside, former director-general of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) on Thursday, March 25.

According to the Borno Governor, it doesn't matter which region or part of the South the next president comes from.

It seems that some important leaders in the North are now see reasons why power must return to South to save the soul of the country but PDP will still make a mistake of presenting northern candidate.
