40 years of no action. It was from the 80s we started watching documentaries on lake Chad drying up and the consequences if countries that borders it did not take action.
How do you address the situation when it has now become the epicenter of violence

Na places like Dubai in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Israel fit dey talk that kain thing. They are the serious ones that can still force the hand of mother nature to shed her water into their lands even though it's an arid region.

Big lie!

President Buhari should please not borrow from China to fix the restore the Lake Chad o.

Civilization advancement is what made the matter of illegal migrants worse than anything you can think and it can only be curbed by putting the right technology and people in place.

Una problem.

It is not their problem but Niger Delta's oil problem. I read about the Chad Basin two days ago. I never knew Buhari will receive this Chad man. I read about it because I wanted to know if Chad Basin has been recharged from Niger delta oil money. It was Obasanjo who advised the Chad Basin Commission comprises of Nigeria, Algeria, Libya, Sudan, Central Africa Republic, Niger, Chad and Cameroon to address the shrinking of the Basin and recharge it. As usual, the Commission expect Nigeria to Finance the recharge for about 80% while the remaining 20% comes from donor organization. Obasanjo as President was too busy and a different personality from all the president and people of the member States.

Buhari is of the same personality with the majority of the president of member States. He is so much dedicated to his brothers in Niger and Chad. They see this period as a time to bring this matter up again. The amount invested so far prospecting for oil in the Chad Basin since IBB era till date can finance Nigeria Budget for years. Now, almost two years to the end of Buhari's tenure, they are talking about recharging of Lake Chad. The burden on this oil is much.

The Lake Chad Basin Commission member States can apply for loan from World Bank or China to recharge Lake Chad. The Loan and Counterpart Funding should be shared equally among member States. The plight of Nigeria is that indirectly, the burden of the project would still be call on Nigeria as most countries will expect their brother Buhari to foot the bill.

The Core Northerners can die because of Chad and Niger Republics. Those in Nigeria are being registered on our National Identity Card Database. They have so much affection for them than the indigenous plateau people, the Tivs, Jukuns and the Southern Nigeria.

Buhari & his fake, unintelligent
theories.

How do you transfer water from
the Congo River, over 1000km away?

That was how they decided to close
borders to curb arms influx, but since
the borders got closed, arm & bandits
have become more widespread in
Katsina & the north in general.

Na him mumu go finish us.

Nonsense & ingredients!!
