God places high value on spiritual leadership and places on it a divine weight of authority such that he will not want anything that will unsettle those he has given such delegated authority.

A spiritual leader is not a dictator nor a Lord,but one who sees the way in which God is leading his people and then motivate,mobilize and impress upon the people towards that direction.

As long as there is a striving towards responsible spiritual leadership by a leader, responsive followership requires that those who follow make the 'burden' of leadership as light as it can get.

Having shared and related with different spiritual leaders in recent times, and gaining more insight into the pain such passionate leaders have had to endure discharging their God-ordained responsibilities, it becomes necessary for us to charge ourselves in such a way that God's blessing can flow to his people unhindered.Let us be among those who makes the job of spiritual leadership as joyful as possible.

Today I proclaim grace for you to persevere in the place of prayer, you shall not give up, you shall not be discouraged. The Lord will begin to give you signs that your prayers are answered.
