the investment in thier league is a good path and its worth emulating for the rest of us..
dont worry about them for now, with time, maybe in d long run, that investments and building from d grassroots would yield results..
Spain became a world force n win its first wold cup in 2010 after they got it right n same wit England dt always knows how to botlle top competitions even with their superstars but now they are almost there..

Sudan is not smaller financially or otherwise. They also invest heavily on quality foreign players and coaches.
