Bola Tinubu, the leader of the All Progressives Congress, has declared Kano to be Nigeria’s most peaceful state.

On Monday, he made the declaration at the 12th Bola Tinubu Colloquium in Kano, which was held in honour of his 69th birthday.

Governor Abdullahi Ganduje’s achievements, especially in the field of infrastructure, were also lauded by the former Governor of Lagos State.

“The most peaceful state is Kano. Once you create peace, investment friendliness and investment opportunities (sic).”

Due to instability, the United States and other western countries have advised their citizens to avoid Kano and 13 other states.
