Which brand new Android phone can I get for 20K or less.

The purpose of the phone is just for making and receiving calls only.

The only apps it will carry are WhatsApp and Gmail.

A phone that uses standard or micro SIM is preferred

A phone that was manufactured between year 2010 and 2015 is suitable...the only condition is that it must be brand new
