Captis is a lending and investment company that provides quick small to medium loans to individuals and organizations. We are looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of boarding and servicing loans.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the department in an efficient and effective manner.

- Establish and maintain an efficient and productive working environment within the department

- Achieve set operational goals within defined timelines.

- Supervise, train, and mentor operations staff.

- Implement operation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

- Lead the company’s loan recovery efforts.

- Responsible for timely preparation of management, credit bureau, default, loan portfolio and other reports.



Qualifications

- BSc in Accounting, banking, business or any related discipline. MBA is an added advantage

- 5-7 years of relevant loan operations experience, 3 of which must be at supervisory level

- Must be knowledgeable in all loan operations processes

- Effective communication skills, both oral and written along with solid interpersonal skills

- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS office suites and familiarity with relevant business applications
