Good day My Nairaland Family,Pls help i need a way out? Pardon My Grammer since we one big family.
there is a tenent in my father house thou my mummy is managing the building ,he doesnt pay house rent on time and he is a devious person ,with this attitude my mom issue quit notice to him ,he was given three month notice, The last date is today,31st March 2021.Early this morning my mom receive alert of N80,000 from him .,seriously i dont know what the money is for .Lawyers in the house pls how do i handle this situation.
WHO DO I REPORT THIS CASE TO BECAUSE THIS TENANT BELEIVE HE IS ABOVE THE LAW AND HE CAN DO ANYTHING HE LIKES BECAUSE HE IS DEALING WITH AN OLD WOMAN....MY MOM

since he has made this year's payment, you can either tell him that you won't accept his next payment, that's if you don't want him as a tenant anymore, so he can start now to make arrangements for a new apartment or you can pardon him and caution him to always make his payment on time, that's if you still want him as a tenant.

you can get a lawyer to give him the notice earlier so that he'll get the message clearly.
