A Front Desk Officer/ Customer Service Representative is needed at Tenstrings Music Institute, Ikeja study centre.

Responsibilities:

1. To welcome and guide incoming students and clients about the courses and services being offered by the institute in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.

2. To maintain student record and disseminate information to them promptly

3. To ensure students pay their fees promptly, follow up with debtors and manage all such records.

4. Filling, bookkeeping and scheduling of all companies business and administrative activities.

5. Assist with tasks related to promotions and social media publicity for the school.

6. Assist in development of ideas and tools to increase company efficiency


Requirements:

*A Female

*Must be smart, fluent in writing and speaking English Language and must be able to use the computer proficiently.

*Social Media and other web-based skills will be an advantage.

*Applicants should stay close to Ikeja axis and should be enthusiastic about music.
