I remember the African Elephant very well, and I remember how the thunder of his footfall was heard even by those who never saw him in person. On a less important note, the picture on that book cover does NOT show the eyes of the MKO I saw. All told, his death was a tragedy whose true scope will never be fully comprehended by most.
