I have been house hunting for 2months and i haven't been lucky with a decent apartment. The one i currently saw and love is in Ogudu Orioke, but i am really scared of taking it due to rumours of cultists activities in the area, In addition, the house is in Lagoon estate and i have heard about lagoon estate getting flooded before.
