Atiku Abubakar break silence on the death of Yinka Odumakin, read what he said

A few hours ago, it was reported that the spokesman for the Yoruba socio-cultural organisation, Afenifere, Yinka Odumakin died in the early hours of today due to complications from Covid-19. His death has thrown Nigerians into mourning because of his contributions and personality.

Not long ago, the Formal Vice president of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, took to his social media page and reacted to the death of Yinka Odumakin. Sharing his post, Atiku stated that Yinka was a patriot, advocate of good governance. He revealed that the news of his death came as a shock to him.

Atiku Abubakar further disclosed that Yinka lived a life of purpose in defence of the ordinary people of this country and to enthrone a better Nigeria. He also sympathized with his wife, Dr (Mrs) Joe Okei-Odumakin and his children and prayed that God should grant Yinka eternal rest.

He wrote:
"I received the news of the death of my younger brother and friend, Yinka Odumakin in a rude shock. Odumakin was a patriot and strong believer in the promotion of good governance, democracy and the rule of law."

"I sympathize with all Nigerians who share these same values with Odumakin, especially the Afenifere group of which Yinka was the publicity secretary - a role he played with so much commitment and admiration."

It will be a very sad thing if Atiku will not be given a chance to sit as a president in Nigeria.... But Bleep it..


He should go and die....


We have people that can do better and are younger with enough energy to withstand the pressure.....
