Thank God Jonathan won by popularity. It is very significant that Nigerians are not fools at all. All Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies need reforms. Honestly, the president should have the interest of the undergraduates and jobless graduates at heart. He should not appoint ministers based on their political affiliations alone. Even if he has an owner of a power plant as a special adviser on power, he should not think of privatizing PHCN: Nigerians are wiser! He should remember the fallen heroes whose widows have been forgotten and thrown out of the barracks unjustly, the young and aged pensioners of all privatized federal public institutions, the retired gentlemen of the Nigerian Armed Forces. He should know that the privatization of NITEL, PHCN and NNPC will spell doom for the country. He should begin to think why NLNG is working and NNPC is not. He should start thinking why MTN is working and why NITEL is not. He should start thinking why Virgin Atlantic is working and Nigerian Airways did not. He should make sure that NITEL is brought back to life and that old and fresh graduates roaming the streets of Nigeria are provided good jobs in the governement establishments that seem to be non-functional esp. NITEL, PHCN and NNPC. We still have what it takes to live in affluence despite the looting of majority of our past leaders. PDP should stop compensating failures. [size=16pt]GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!!

Unfortunately popularity don't run governments.  I would be interested to see how popularity will swim upstream .  A man that romances the corrupt status quo.

Every 4 years - The expectation of the average Nigerian is raised only to dashed down the line  - Have you read the inauguration speeches of OBJ and Yar adua - In those speeches what can you identify with that is now reality

A nation of selective amnesia sufferers

Why would someone call this a nice write up. Its a confused write up. Its obvious the companies that are working are pseudo private or private companies. Government run establishments NEVER work. Thats why i supported GEJ, i know he will finish up the privatization that has begun.
Thanks.
