The problem we have today in Nigeria began long time ago. It accelerated however under the current democratic dispensation under President Obasanjo when he allowed Sharia law to gain ground beginning in some Northern States. Once Sharia was started, the Jihadists continued to create further opportunity. Up till now. Several were murdered in there villages.

If you so love Islam and Sharia law, why not permanently relocate to either Afghanistan or Pakistan.

Another push against religious liberty was when we allowed Nollywood, Imams and Pastors demonise the positives in our ancestral values. We eroded all those values and failed to imbibe any positives in our newly adopted practices.

Once we rejected our good values we became a people with a lost identity. Now we are losing our cultural identity, language and uniqueness.

I wasn't born there. Shari'a laws were in the North before the whites came with nonsense democracy!
