Good day guys, since 2016 I have been suffering unexplainable weight loss that now made me wear 3 trousers and at least 2 shirts just to hide my weight loss from people. I have gone for HIV test 3 times now it came out negative, I did blood culture it also came out well I pls am going thin every day please I need help, my urine is dark, I have a pain under my foot for two year now if I match the ground with force I feel the pain is like a sore under my foot, I was a chronic mastubator but I stop two years ago just to see if I will increase insize but to avail 2017 I had high fever that made me not to sleep for 4 good days I almost lost my life then. please am worried weight loss is given me consigned pls I need help please. am not the one o a brother that narrate is situation to me so I told him I will post it on nairaland weather there is any form of help

food doesn't always account for proper healthy appearance, peace of mind does. He's undergoing psychological starvation. Failing to reach his expectations or achieve his dreams could be the very cause of his weight loss. If he can give himself internal peace then it would be reflected outwardly.
If he can try save a bit and resume school again, it would help him, since he still lives with his mother.
