That crash is questionable.. Let assume the jet was faulty, the pilot should have known and eject before the jet would crash.



Fighter jet supposed to have ejection button which is separated from the plane engine.

I have seen a lot of ejection from fighter jet in destroyed in seconds... This is not about movie

People that cannot keep their barracks and bases clean. You expect them to successfully maintain an aircraft to that point that the ejection mechanism will function properly?

Brother, don't mind that guy. FDR / CSMU / IMRS and other incident recorder must be in fighter aircraft. The information may be encrypted to avoid decryption if it falls into enemy territories. The timing given has not been accurate. The initial information was that the aircraft was off radar around 1800hrs Nigeria time (GMT + 1). The ETD quoted in some quarters was around 1700 or 1708hrs. I believed the plane crashed about 5 minutes or 10 minutes after takeoff. Within that short time, it was not possible for Boko Haram to have the images of an exploded jet mid air and a descending burnt jet coming down. Also, if Boko Haram was responsible, they would have announced to the world immediately after the incident to celebrate a victory. The will never wait for NAF to announce a jet missing off radar and also waited for hours for NAF to announce that the jet could not be found and that anything could have happened. It was after the last information that Boko Haram came up with images followed by video.

The February crash happened few minutes after takeoff when the Pilots observed a fatal technical failure and made efforts to return . There must have been a fatal technical failure also in this case. The report of the crashed plane found at Bama with the corpse of the other pilot found intact while Flight Lieutenant Abolarinwa body is not found demands for a suspicion. This is because in one of the propaganda images released by Boko Haram, the body of Flight Lieutenant Abolarinwa was shown.

There are different possibilities around this incident. I will narrate them later.

There is nothing like Nollywood my friend, its reality every Fighter Jet of that calibre has Eject options on it..the same Eject that Saved the Lives of 3 Airforce Personnels When they were about to crash several months ago.. It is a safety measure every Military Jet has. Once as a Pilot you realize you cant control the Jet and you are about to crash, you eject yourself landing several meters away from the jet. Do some research please.

The way people comment here is funny. When the news broke out about the crash and book harsh claiming they shot it down, people here were saying the plane was flying so low that it was shot by RPG, but I hope you all can now see the truth about the plane's altitude[15,000 feet].

They also mentioned something about a local weapon used to bring the plane down, but the report says something about missile.

People should always be mindful of what they say.
