We are a Lagos based Business Development Consulting Company (amongst other things) currently looking for a Tech-Developer for one of our clients in the Real Estate sector.

Our client is a START-UP company with an innovative solution in the growing real estate sector and is looking for a tech-developer/CTO and potential co-founder to help create and scale at speed; making a simple innovative all-in-one solution for real estate project funding.

We are looking for someone like you who already has experience in developing such solutions and who can take us to the next stage.

1. Entrepreneurial experience in a start-up, someone to own the tech side of the project to manage the app and web development and also coding skills
2. You will be working with the founders, setting strategy and direction, Implementing/executing tasks, work on the roadmap and timing.
3. Making important managerial and operational decisions, innovative thinker, not afraid to fail and highly resilient.
4. Manage hire after fundraising and work with developers.
5. Previously worked with Agile, KPIs monetization and tech budgets management.
6. Personality: visionary and a high tolerance for the uncertainties that come with a start-up; Willing to roll up their sleeves and help in all areas of the business as needed suggest where we need to improve.
7. You must be a highly motivated and driven self-starter who can rise to a challenge, also you have previous startup experience and/or have a startup mindset.
8. A confident team player and professional self-starter with a “can‐do” attitude.

What we'll offer you

1. This is an equity based position majorly however there is basic salary until revenue starts coming in (or seed fund raised). Bonus (on performance and set milestones). Equity worth of shares with cliff period of 6-months and vesting period of 4-years.
