A professional and experienced Attorney.
8 to 10 years experience

Must have concluded transactions in Oil & Gas. That is; must have worked with them or in a law firm that is working for Oil & Gas.
Banking and Finance. That is; must have worked as lawyer in a Banking Sector's or in a law firm that is working for Banking and Finance.
Mergers and Acquisitions.
Speciality in negotiating International Joint Venture Agreements.

Must have a Second class upper with a Masters Degree in Law or equivalent field an additional advantage.

Eligible Candidate will be attractively remunerated.
With all the perks and attractions of office.
Salary is 500,000 naira above.
Age must not be above 42 years but can be below 42 year's.
