Please next time you publish property for letting, don't make that remark "yoruba tenants" it does not conote nationality and undermine the safety of non yorubas in event of political crisis as we all saw what happened in the northern part of Nigeria during the elections.

The truth is that a lot of Landlords in Lagos prefer to have Yoruba tenants.

Igbos usually pay over the odds for accommodation, thus causing inflation of house
rents by greedy Landlords.

The biggest hurdle these landlords face starts after the first house rent expires. Retrieving
new rents from them turns to another war.

In every case, Landlords end up being the losers.

Ok, so the title is misleading. I'm tired of arguments about arguments.

by the way,property owner's decide whoever takes his or her house.

Some even prefer a female or male, single or married, Hausa or Igbo

Think about what you are doing to your business, be professional people cant see the

A friend told me about a job interview he went for, and the employer said " sorry we don't employ people from LASU, what was he to do? sue them
