Focus: Doing that which is Good

WORD FOR TODAY
When the spirit that is in Christ is in you, your life will be known for doing good. A man who is filled with the Holy Spirit is a man who is a blessing to His immediate contact!!!

We know a man who is in Christ through the life he lived. If you are in Christ you will resemble Him in His attributes. The account written concerning Christ was that He went everywhere doing that which is good. Each time you do what Christ did not do what you are doing is evil.

If there is anyone who felt like doing something think about what Christ has done and do likewise. Be a friend who is faithful and can be trusted with what belongs to others. Be mindful of the fact that what you did everywhere you go will continue to linger in the heart of men who come in contact with you. Your memories will only be blessed if you live the life of Christ.

Help the widows, orphans and those in need. Heal the sick, bind the heart that bleeds and feed the hungry. Share the Gospel with sinners gone astray, Hold the light up that they might see the way. Do your best to lift the falling. These, we must surely do, if we will be true to our calling as Christians. By these, we serve Him and demonstrate His love.

Lord! Make me a blessing everywhere I go in Jesus name. Amen!!!

Your life will be characterized with goodness everywhere you go if you allow the Holy Spirit to find expression in your life!!!
