It is suppose to be a savings package insurance policy, where they give a particular percentage after expiration of your policy.

Apparently I entered into a savings plan with them, they had their outlets in Zenith bank. Paid in 1.2 million as part of my savings plan for 1 year(cumulative savings of 100k /month), but afterwards started becoming a bit suspicious as I wasn't really seeing an account or have an account I can look into (like a conventional bank)..

It's already 1 year past, and I have mailed them I want my policy cancelled , but they don't seem to be any response, no one is replying my mails.

Does anyone know anything about them?

Or perhaps does anyone know the address here in Lagos? Thank you.

Place a phone call to the phone number or send an email to the email address as written on the policy document issued to you. Do have your policy information handy when you call.

Just so you know, that's one the best insurance company in Nigeria, highly capitalised and majorly owned by Prudential Plc UK, one of the oldest and most strongly capitalised life insurance companies in the world, not just Nigeria.

it's reassuring to know, just that I'm in the UK myself, trying to call the phone numbers it isn't connecting, also sent emails, they are not replying my mails

Something is definitely not adding up somewhere somehow.

I could help you look into it if you don't mind. Send me WhatsApp 08188631785 or send me an email deleteluwo@yahoo.com.
