I heard from a very reliable source that if you have an issue with a northerner particularly hausa or fulani and drag him to the police station to settle the matter, that the police will arrest you and freed the northerner though he is guilty. And this has been going on in onitsha for a very long time now... Can someone who lives around there confirm this news! |
