You may not kmow this but Slave Trade collapse and Democracy ,Religion and foreign aids and interaction made Africa fall from grace as when slave trade became abolished ,We had nothing to offer to sell other than Agriculture, we relied on Slaves for income but the world needed slaves no more , the world slipped into the technological age , leaving Africa behind , miles behind .

Check your last paragraph and see the gaping boy in what you wrote. The white man offered our ancestors technology and trade while we offered them slaves who were basically our brothers and sisters to be used as a cheap labor? So when the white man said enough of of the slave trading we were left empty handed as a result of that?? What I can deduce from your explanation (even though I don’t agree with it) is that we were lazy and only contended in tilling the ground for our daily food, nothing more. So the white man took millions of Africans as slaves to come and till their own lands while they focused on technological advancement. Our mumu no start today be that!
