The Candidate
• The candidate should have experience in marketing to be able to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building. He or She must be an experienced and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, he or she will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Experience and network in the real estate sector with a very good track record of renting out flats and houses is an added advantage.
Job Description/Requirements
• Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing
• Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns
• Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
• Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Digital/ Online/Social Media platforms for Company`s Business and Offline Follow-up on clients.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Finding flats or houses available for rent on the Island for rent
• Taking clients for inspection
• Relate with the clients and convince them to rent from us
• Finds land, buildings, factories, office space or warehouses, etc based on the company’s or client’s specification
• Identify prospective sellers/buyers, following leads from existing clients, and closing out on deals.
• Maintaining customer records, using automated systems, and delivering a weekly report at the end of every week on the number of sales done.
• Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing our property for the right price under the best terms
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through marketing, advertisements, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Must be able to place google adds on all social media platforms
• Must be top of the latest digital marketing trends
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Proven work experience as a social media marketing management
• Excellent graphics design and videos
• Ability to manage and grow social media pages

• Qualification and Experience
• OND/HND/Bsc
• Minimum of 2 years experience in online sales
• Salary; 50k-70k/Monthly Plus Commission
