Gangster is found in u.s while mafia is in Italy and more dealy then Gangster, they have network all over the world and mostly associated with drugs. |

You all are getting it wrong. There is no difference between the two. A mafioso or member of a mafia organisation/clan can also be classified as a gangster. In fact, a mafioso is also a gangster since the Mafia is also an organised gang of criminals. Definition of the word gangster: "A criminal who is a member of a gang".
