He is not a Nigerian soldier.

Maybe he feels plates are for beta men or soft foreigners.

lol.... When I said JTF, I meant those fighting insurgents in the north..... now... the one below even though green is the pattern for the Nigerian airforce.... yes they have a camouflage with blue and grey in it but they also have green which is the pattern you put up below
