Danze Poised To Deepen Infrastructural Developments In Gwagwarada


The chairman, Gwagwalada area council of the FCT, Alhaji Mustapha Adamu Danze has reiterated his commitment towards infrastructural development in the area council to bring to bear dividend of democracy to the residents, saying that the transparency of the present APC led Administration in the country has greatly impacted in the Development of the local Councils in the country.


Alhaji Mustapha Danze stated this while on inspection of completed and ongoing projects executed by his second term administration in office.

The first point of call during the inspection visit by the chairman Alhaji Mustapha Adamu Danze was the ninety percent completed Ledi village water scheme project powered by Solar and the ongoing construction of the Ledi 1.8 Ashpalt Road project which is also at thirty two percent completion.

Other projects inspected by the Chairman and his entourage include the the ongoing Dobi unguwan Bassa 1 kilometre Road, ongoing grading of 12 kilometre Paikon-kore Ibwa Road with culvert and 0.8 kilometre old kutunku Kabul Road with culvert.
The remaining project are the ongoing 1km ashpalt New millennium Road with side drainage and completed demonstration, Town Hall-diamond bank ashpalt Road and the ongoing completion of dualization and landscaping of the secretariate Road.

Danze while appreciating the support and cooperation he enjoy from his cabinet members which according to him is the reason behind all the success of his administration, said with the development so far on ground despite the limited resources clearly shows that Government at local government levels are living up to expectations of the electorate.

He said in no distance time all completed projects will be commission by the FCT Minister Mallam Muhammad Musa Bello and the minister of state Dr Ramatu Tijani Aliyu while commending the harmonious working relationship between his administration and the Contractors handling the projects who also assured him all on-going project will be completed before the peak of this year raining season.

The Director of works, Gwagwalada area council, Mr. Ugoh Momoh attributed all the achievements so far recorded to the political will of the Chairman while most of the Residents who spoke with the media thanked the chairman for the life touching projects of his administration and assured him of their continuous supports.
