The autonomy of the judiciary is not negotiable...

Also, we need to enforce LG autonomy, I don't understand why Governors won't allow LG have their full autonomy...

The problem is not about making judiciary autonomous but the crave for asslicking anyone perceived as belonging to higher social class by Nigerians. We will still have some corrupt judges helping corrupt politicians to evade justice. Every instituted body in the country has their own authority they can use within their jurisdiction, but the double-standard practice in the system will not allow them to use their authority against influential people, they only use the authority against common people. Nigerians are snobbish to the fault.

A court whose constitution is open to endless interpretation is an autonomous one anyday anytime.

Same judiciary FG command to give judgement that favours them. Judiciary is already an arm of Executives .

Imo supreme court ruling comes to mind

I know you have memory loss but I will remind you.

1. Supreme Court nullified all Zamfara state elections won by APC including the governorship, three Senatorial seat, all the House of Representatives seta and all State House of Assembly seats just because of issues that are considered pre-election matters according to earlier rulings. FG did not command Judiciary then.

2. Supreme Court stopped APC from contesting the governorship election in Rivers state just because of intra-party issues. FG did not command Judiciary then.

3. The Supreme Court nullified the election of APC candidate and Bayelsa state elected governor because the deputy governor certificate is unclear. FG did not command Judiciary then.

Go and take your drugs and sleep. The lifeless one in Aso Rock is useless, but it seems there are more useless youths than Buhari in Nigeria.

While responding to a question, Opeyemi said: “It is laughable that at this point, we are still grappling with the need to grant independence to the judiciary arm of government at the state and local government levels.

“The National Assembly has been making laws that would guarantee full autonomy to the judiciary at the Federal level.

“Judiciary at the Federal Capital Territory is independent because we have done what we are supposed to do."

It's anathema for the Senate to even mention the word "independence" in the same sentence while talking about the Judicial system in the ZOO. The independence of the judiciary in this country is nothing but an illusion. In civilized societies, the three branches of government, the Legislature, Executive and Judiciary are Co-Equal branches. That means they are equal like a three-legged stool. How can the Senate in all honesty declare that the Judiciary at the Federal level is independent? Is it not the same country where the President decides who should be arrested and prosecuted, or which court orders he would obey or disobey? This really goes to show how dumb and out of touch these law makers really are. If they call what's going on in the Zoo judicial independence, one can only imagine what judicial interference would look like. It's either that these Senators are ignorant and have no clue as to what legislation is all about or they are downright STUPID.

So the APC Led FG scored an own goal by using the Supreme court since u claim it controls it, to nullify all APC elected representatives in zamfara and handed over the state to PDP, nullify the election of Lyon and declare PDP Diri as winner, bar APC from fielding candidates in Rivers election? The way some of u reason, makes one to question your certificates.
