Manager Training will:

·         Be responsible for  leading from the front in marketing our training products and services

·         Have the ability to design, structure and coordinate the delivery of training programmes

·         Be capable of undertaking training need analysis for organizations

·         Effectively coordinate the management and development of the training function of the firm.

The successful candidates will:

·         Be a university graduate, preferably at a post-graduate level in the humanities and related disciplines, with not less than 10 years of relevant working experience.

·         Have had some experience managing the training function of a well-structured consulting or training company.

·         Well-developed contacts at senior levels in various organizations

·         Very strong entrepreneur business development and excellent writing skills
