I want to share my experience about Semen Retention ,so,like a lot of young mens,masturbation and pornography caught us in their nets,it wasn't a lot in my case but enough to ask myself a serious question :

You will experience discomfort when earlier trying to stop any addiction.

The same way you feel is the same way a smoker or drug addict feels whenever they stay too long past their time to indulge.

Over time, you will overcome that if you can set your mind to it.

OP I can relate to everything you've said and what I will tell you is don't argue with these lots as arguing about it often leads to a serious relapse. Happened to me. I have been struggling for 15 years. Now I am 27 and confused with my life. I could not keep my Job, never had a quality sexual relationship.
