Hello Nlanders, here is an oven design by ALARAL TECHNICAL LIMITED, for either fish roasting, pastries making, meat and all other kinds of roasting/Drying you may consider it's uses for. It has 10 slots for baskets where your fish/meat or pastries can be arranged and it operates manually with the application of cooking gas for heating. The maximum time for roasting is 3/4hrs with little monitoring fish,meat, while 30mins-1hr for pastries. It has well padded lining in-between the walls of the oven that prevents heat loss thereby enhancing the heating of materials in the oven. It has an opening at the top for the release of steam/moist and this also enhances the rate at which the materials in the oven are heated since thereis no room for roll back of water droplets to the contents in the oven.
